Sandy Lukavsky is a business leader with deep Human Resources expertise including talent, development and compensation. Throughout her career, Sandy has taken friction out of processes to improve employee experiences while reducing waste. She has strengthened talent pipelines and increased employee engagement, resulting in higher levels of performance and lower rates of attrition. She has built strong leaders, embedding development into day-to-day experiences.

Sandy has held leadership roles at Unilever, Electrolux, Tapestry, and Newell Brands. Her consulting experience spans industries including luxury, fashion, retail, equipment manufacturing, banking, event services, and professional services. She holds an MBA from the University of Kansas and studied Digital Marketing through the University of Illinois at Urbana – Champaign. She achieved both Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and Society for Human Resources Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certifications in 2014.
