Bianca Chow is a diversity & inclusion consultant, facilitator, and storyteller with over 17 years of experience in D&I, brand management, marketing, global operations, communications, project management and employee engagement.  Before joining Hummingbird Humanity, Bianca launched Fossil Group’s inaugural D&I efforts and led community-driven D&I initiatives at Ericsson.

Bianca enjoys sharing her career journey and her personal story as a daughter of immigrants as a means of empowering others, specifically teen girls and women to reach their full potential. Recent conversations include Jennifer Brown’s Inclusive Leader Community Calls, Equity at Work’s “DEI Deep Dive:  How to support AAPI Colleagues and Friends” panel, the Royal Society of Arts’ “Paying it Forward – Women at Work” discussion, Ascend’s “Inspiring Across Generations” conference, and The Conference Board’s Succession Management event.

In addition to serving as a champion for women and girls through nonprofits like Dallas Step Up Women’s Network, GenHERation, The Orchid Giving Circle at the Texas Women’s Foundation, and the Girl Scouts of Northeast Texas, Bianca is also a passionate advocate for Disability Inclusion and Mental Health. Bianca holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from The McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin.
