Natasha Porizkova (she/her/hers) is a content marketer gone DEI practitioner & consultant. After years in arts marketing, she discovered her true passion and calling was for DEI. Now, she works to unite marketing design with DEI to create a more inclusive and welcoming social landscape for all.

Natasha approaches the work of DEI by intersecting her lived-in experience—a queer, Latinx woman with hidden mental health disabilities—with her work experience and education from Cornell University’s Diversity and Inclusion Certificate program and University of South Florida’s DEI Certificate.

Before consulting, Natasha worked for the AT&T Performing Arts Center in Dallas, Texas, as the Digital Marketing Manager. She led social activations, managed media budgets, and worked with talent for nationally touring Broadway shows, comedians, concerts, dance companies, and everything in-between.

While in Dallas, Natasha co-founded an organization called LADY: A Queer Women’s Collective. LADY brought together the queer women of Dallas and their allies to build community. Natasha programmed events such as The L Word Trivia, Yappy Hour, Taco Tuesday and formed an all-women’s team in the GayKickball League – the first and only all-women’s team in the nationwide league. In doing so, LADY created more safe spaces and opportunities to come together.

Originally born and raised in Dallas, Natasha now resides in Boston, Massachusetts with her fiancé and their dog Kody.
