Nick Reich brings over fifteen years of experience in innovation, strategy, program development, and collaboration to help companies across a variety of sectors tackle some of society’s biggest opportunities.
Prior to joining Hummingbird Humanity, Reich has designed and led organizations across a variety of social impact areas, as well as built scaleable initiatives in education, criminal justice reform, and workforce development. Most recently, Nick served as the Executive Director of a Global Health organization with sites in Ecuador, Nigeria, Dominican Republic, and Guatemala and has worked on or championed social impact work in more than a dozen other countries. Additionally, Reich launched Social Insight, a consulting firm that worked in social innovation, philanthropy and impact investing. Nick recognizes that he carries a set of privileges that he didn’t earn, and has worked to use his position to address systemic challenges facing our communities.
Nick is a proud dad of two teenage boys and an active Rotarian with the Rotary Club of Indianapolis where he recently served as President and currently serves as Assistant District Governor and Global Grants Chair for Rotary District 6560.
Reich has been recognized as an Indy’s Best & Brightest finalist in the Education/ Nonprofit sector and most recently as a finalist for the International Center of Indiana’s Global Impressions Award for his work around the world.
